The Business Need
The client enlisted our company in order to provide additional assurance to their customers of their medical billing services, as well as to validate their processes and controls.
The Solution
We performed an SOC 2, Type 2 report, which is an internal controls report capturing how a company safeguards customer data and how well those controls are operating. It also encapsulates security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
The Result
The client was able to provide the organizations they work for with a comprehensive examination of their organization, and recently acquired a large bidder that required an SOC report. They were able to get the ball rolling with this new organization rapidly since they had gotten the SOC report accomplished.
